Payment options
Products are paid upon order. You can pay for online shopping in the following ways:
Credit card payments
You can pay online at Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The online shop uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

Paypal payments
You can also pay with Paypal (www.paypal.fi)
Order Delivery
Orders are delivered within product-specific delivery times. We deliver physical products via finnish Posti (in Finland) and UPS. Speed of the service depends on your choice in checkout. All shipments are sent with tracking code. Digital delivery products are sent by MyAirBridge service
Exchange and Return Terms
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The right to return does not apply to custom made or digital delivery products. Please contact info@helsinkifilmandgear.fi within 14 days of receiving the order.
